It's hard to get around Long Island without a car, and most homeless people do not have one. That's why the Mission offers the opportunity for homeless persons to "Volunteer for a Bike". They sign up to help out at our warehouse or a food outreach for the afternoon, and at the end get a free bicycle to get where they need to go.
 
Your donation will allow our team to purchase new bicycles & repair gently used ones dropped off at the Mission as part of this important program.
